Mother’s Day: Birthlink drop-in

Description

Our charity partner this year is Birthlink, a charity based in Edinburgh which offers support and advice to people affected by adoption, including adopted adults, birth parents and relatives of adopted people, adoptive parents and relatives.  The organisation also offers advice to other professionals engaged in after adoption work worldwide.

One of the many initiatives we are undertaking during the year is a monthly drop-in to the gallery with one of the Birthlink staff.  They will be able to answer questions and offer advice, whether you are interested in volunteering opportunities or finding out more about the adoption journey.

What better event to organise our first drop-in around than Mothering Sunday?  Please join Liz from Birthlink in the gallery on Thursday March 7 between 12.30 and 3 pm.  (Mothering Sunday is the following Sunday, March 10.)
